FPMA Tool Components

The FPMA Tool consists of three primary components: the FPMA Price Viewer, the FPMA Administration Tool, and the FPMA Price Collection App.

Price Viewer​

The FPMA Price Viewer facilitates dissemination and quick analysis of price data. Its key features include both tabular and chart visualization of the data and summary statistics, the comparison of price series, and the easy downloading of data for more in-depth analysis. The login panel within the Price Viewer, located on the right hand side, allows users with relevant credentials to access the data management features of the Price Viewer.

Administration Tool​

The Administration (Admin) Tool enables data managers and system administrators to carry out specialized management tasks.

The Admin Tool login page allows users to enter their credentials and access the FPMA Admin Tool dashboard as well as the Price Viewer and the FPMA Price Collection Tool, where available. The Admin Tool login page is also used to reset user passwords.

Note

Once logged in, users will see the Admin Tool dashboard.

The Admin Tool dashboard is organized as follows:

  1. The Page Header at the top displays the logo, the language selection icon, and a three-dot menu icon that reveals the Admin Tool login panel.
  2. The Sidebar Menu on the left hand side displays the main data management and system configuration operations that can be performed from the Admin Tool.
  3. The Main Content section of the dashboard contains some summary metrics of the data contained within the FPMA Tool.

Each Sidebar menu item enables specific management tasks and is organized as follows:

  1. Main Navigation Bar contains the principal functions accessible to the user.
  2. Secondary Navigation Bar includes a variety of data filters.
  3. Main Content Section presents data tables corresponding to each menu item.

Data Collection App​

The FPMA Data Collection App facilitates the gathering of primary price data via a mobile application, which, after validation, can be integrated into the dissemination and analysis platform.
