User Profiles
The FPMA Tool comes with three predefined user profiles:
- Data Input Specialist: responsible for entering and editing price data in the database via the Price Viewer. Data management operations may be performed manually for individual records or through bulk data upload using CSV files.
- Data Manager: ensures the effective management and quality of the overall price database including setting up the relevant metadata for price updates. The data manager also reviews the data output to ensure it meets user needs and the prevailing data quality management principles.
- System Administrator: oversees activities related to system configuration, user access and other administrative tasks related to the application.
